Logan County Sheriff's Office Drug Recognition Course

At the 2022 Oklahoma Sheriff's Association Conference, two of our Deputies were recognized for attending and completing the Drug Recognition Course. This course consisted of over 80 hours of classroom instruction and 40 hours of field certification training, pass several written examinations, conduct at least 15 evaluations, and have 4 separate drug categories confirmed through toxicology. Attendees spent most nights during training studying for examinations, dedicating night and day to their personal betterment, their Office, and ultimately the community they serve.

Please help us congratulate Donna Wishon and Katlin Long on this achievement.
