The Langston Lady Lions fell short to the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma by a final count of 3-0 on Saturday afternoon at the Drover Field House.
Tied at 10-10, USAO used a pivotal five-point swing to move in front 15-10 and would go on to seal the set one victory 25-18. In the corresponding sets, USAO outlasted the Lady Lions 25-23 and 25-17.
Denae Williams posted a team-high 11 kills, Finehika Uhatafe registered 26 assists and Samantha Clements led Langston with 20 digs.
Langston (8-11, 1-9 SAC) hosts Texas Wesleyan at home on Friday, October 7th.
