Of the 1,432 people living in Langston in 2020, 57.4 percent (822) were women and 42.6 percent (610) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North OKC News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 150. In the 65 and over age range, there were 31 females and 18 males.
