Oklahoma City University claimed the crown for the top spot at the MidNazarene Nazarene Invitational.
 
OCU scored a 90.63 in the cheer competition. It was five points ahead of Missouri Valley and 10 points ahead of Mid Nazarene University (Kan.).
 
OCU narrowly out beat their previous score of 90.56 in the Thresher Invitational where they took the third spot.
 
Missouri Valley College was the only other school to post a score of 85 or better.
 
Their score is fourth highest in the country so far on the season at 88.41.
 
The Stars next competition is on Saturday in Baldwin City, Kan. on the campus of Baker University.
