A total of 117 student-athletes from the league’s women’s basketball and women’s wrestling programs received recognition by being named to the Sooner Athletic Conference academic all-conference team.
To earn academic all-SAC honors, the recipients must have maintained a 3.25 grade-point-average over the academic year while also being a regular letter winner within their program.Overall, there were 91 representatives from the SAC’s 12 basketball programs. Oklahoma City and Wayland Baptist paved the way amongst the 25 honorees in women’s wrestling with seven apiece.
