 The Langston University men’s and women’s track and field teams returned home from the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with two new NAIA All-American awards.

Chasity Veals took third place in the triple jump with a mark of 12.31-meters (40′ 4.75″) which was good enough for NAIA All-American honors and set the school record with her jump.

Malik Williams also took home NAIA All-American hardware by finishing sixth in the men’s 60-meter dash with a final time of 6.79.
