Larry Harrington tossed four touchdowns and the No. 25 Langston Lions rolled Lyon College 43-3 on Saturday afternoon at W.E. Anderson Stadium.
The Lions did not waste time establishing their dominance as Harrington hit Kevin Allen for a 30-yard touchdown at the 10:11 mark in the first quarter. Harrington tossed three more touchdowns on the day, a 43-yard strike to Allen again in the first quarter, a five-yard touchdown to Markell Scott and a 72-yard bomb to Dalyn Thompson in the second quarter.
The senior signal caller finished the day 15-of-21 for 263 yards with four touchdowns. Scott led Langston on the ground with 80 yards on six carries. Allen finished with a team-high seven receptions for 133 yards and two scores.
Defensively, Jimmy Williams led Langston in tackles with six total. Khylan Mosely finished the day with five tackles and Jaden Dockery racked up the lone interception on the day.
The Lions improved to 5-0 overall and 4-0 in the Sooner Athletic Conference. Langston returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Texas Wesleyan in Fort Worth, Texas.
