Langston University Football Wraps Up Season at SAGU

In their regular season finale the Langston Lions came up short 39-21 to Southwestern Assemblies of God on Saturday afternoon.

SAGU led 19-14 at halftime and used a pivotal 20-0 third quarter to pull away from the Lions. Offensively, Larry Harrington led Langston by going 13-of-25 for 237 yards with two touchdowns.

Markell Scott finished with 55 yards with one touchdown on 13 carries. Kevin Allen led the aerial attack with six receptions with 109 yards. Devin Dourisseau led the Langston defense with nine tackles and one tackle for loss.

Langston concludes the season at 6-4 overall and 5-4 in the Sooner Athletic Conference.
